What was the highlight of D Loft Hotel
Excellent location but amenities needs to be updated
The location. It’s perfect for us taking the train. It’s also outside of the crowded Chinatown, noise level is not as bad as within Chinatown
On booking.com, we read that it provides free breakfast coffee at the lounge. This is not true. The pictures also showed face towels provided. This is also untrue. Room size is ok. A little narrow but alright for short weekend stay

Nice and comfortable
The staff is very friendly, got issue when the card cant be access and assist to solve the issue on time. The location is very good, easy to go to other place like Bukit Bintang just pass one LRT station.
See there’s cockroach walk pass when midnight go to toilet, the room cleanliness need to be improved.

Budget-worth stay with
The location's just a few steps from both the Pasar Seni MRT and LRT. The Chinatown is just an alley behind the hotel. There are a lot of places nearby which are also within walking distance. There are a line of food stores just under the hotel.
The room's a bit cramped. The beds are full of bed mites. Both of us got bitten by them and were left with red rashes on our skin. Smudged dirt bedsheets and quilt covers. The aircond's been leaking from time to time but thankfully it's just in front of the bathroom door. Definitely not for fussy and skin allergy people.

Good Location, Cleanliness Need Improvement
Within the Petaling Street, the Chinatown. Within walking distance to Pasar Seni LRT/MRT and bus station. Very convenient location. Room quite spacious, overall quite good.
Improvement needed for the lobby toilet's cleanliness, not sure is it because of the construction work of the restaurant at front. Found a small cockroaches in room.
